How to Print a Specific Page on a 941 Form in QuickBooks


Ensure you are on the latest release of the program and tax table update.
To prepare Form 941 and if necessary, Schedule B:
  1. Go to the Employees menu, select Payroll Forms & W-2s and choose Process Payroll Forms.
    Simple Start: Under Money Out, mouse-over Payroll, then click on Go to the Payroll Center. In the Payroll Center, at the bottom click on Process Payroll Forms.
  2. Select Federal form and click OK.
  3. Select Quarterly Form 941/Schedule B - Interview for your From 941/Schedule B.
  4. Click the drop-down arrows and select the Quarter and Quarter Ending dates and then click OK.
    Note: Click OK when the following Warning appears: "You are about to create a form for 200X, but have already received an updated version of the form for [Year]. QuickBooks only stores one version of each tax form." You may be able to use the newer version of the form for the previous year. When the form prints it will include the year of the Tax Table on the form if the year is part of the government-approved form. Check with the filing agency for additional instructions.
  5. Go to the page in the 941 form you want to print.
  6. Right click the screen and select Print this page.
